Article 1: General

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or products and services available through the Site or from New Roots Canadian Settlement Services Ltd..

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

Article 1a: Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to access any services offered.

Our services are designed for individuals capable of making informed decisions related to education, immigration, or employment.

We reserve the right to cancel services if we determine that the client does not meet the age requirement.

 

Article 2: Placing Order

All services must be booked in advance through our secure online platform or via an approved payment method. Once payment is confirmed, clients will receive access to book sessions or receive deliverables.

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

 

Article 3: Price

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

However, the price confirmed at the time of purchase will be honored for that order.

 

Article 4: Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through secure platforms such as Stripe.

We do not store your financial information.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy:

– Services are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment, unless otherwise stated.

– Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

– No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refund.

We reserve the right to assess exceptional cases on an individual basis.

 

Article 5: Third-Party Referrals

New Roots Canadian Settlement Services Ltd. are not licensed to provide immigration advice or direct employment services.

 

We partner with authorized professionals, including RCICs and licensed recruiters, to whom we may refer clients.

 

Any agreement or payment for third-party services is made directly between the client and the provider.

 

Once a client has been referred to one of our trusted partners (such as a licensed RCIC, educational consultant, recruiter, or job placement agency), they will be required to communicate directly with the partner regarding their application, process updates, and next steps.

 

New Roots Canadian Settlement Services Ltd. facilitates the connection but does not manage the partner’s process, timelines, or decisions. Maintaining open communication with the assigned partner ensures the most accurate and timely support. We are not liable for services offered by third parties.

 

Article 6: Service Delivery

All services are delivered virtually, unless otherwise indicated.

 

Consultations are conducted via phone or video call.

 

Documents such as resumes and program reports are delivered by email.

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring that accurate contact and background information is submitted to avoid service delays.

 

Article 7: Client Responsibility

Clients must provide truthful and accurate information during intake, consultations, and service delivery.

 

Outcomes depend on the client’s background, preparedness, and active participation.

 

While we offer strategic support and expert guidance, we do not guarantee:

 

  • Admissions
  • Job offers
  • Visa approvals
  • Permanent residence status

 

Article 8: Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client data is collected only to deliver services and will never be sold or misused.
  • We may share information with trusted third-party partners only with the client’s consent.
  • Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Article 9: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

 

Article 10: Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

All disputes shall be resolved under this jurisdiction.
